
The Hobart Corporation is an American manufacturer of commercial equipment used in the foodservice and grocery industry. Hobart was founded in 1897 as the Hobart Electric Manufacturing Company in Troy, Ohio, by Clarence Charles Hobart. The former Kitchen Aid division of Hobart was formed in 1919.
